French Ministry of Youth seeks to help young drivers
The French Ministry of Youth has initiated partnership with PSA Peugeot Citroen as it seeks to help young drivers learn about the importance of insurance and safety on the roads.
Luc Ferry , France 's Minister of Youth, National Education and Research and Jean-Martin Folz, chief executive of PSA Peugeot Citroen signed an agreement as they pledged to do more to tackle dangers among the young.
The deal also includes provision for boosting employment and giving youngsters a chance to fashion a career with the manufacturing giant.
In 2003, more than 16,000 students visited the Citroen's facilities.
The new deal will aim to raise awareness of road safety issues by informing drivers early of the risks they face on the road.
