Young drivers face costly car insurance
New analysis has confirmed that young drivers are typically charged more for their car insurance.
The finding has been discovered by the ThisIsMoney website, which says that this sector of society is routinely charged the most for its insurance needs.
While age sex and address all play a big part in how much this fee will be, young drivers are comfortably the single most charged group.
"Young male drivers generally are charged the most, while women in their 50s pay the least," the site explained.
Premiums can also be pushed up if drivers park their car on the street rather than in a garage.
